- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (for sauce)
- ½ cup heavy cream (for sauce)
- Prepare the chicken: Butterfly and pound the chicken to ¼ inch thickness.
- Layer the filling: Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll and secure: Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Bread the chicken: Coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Bake or fry: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or pan-fry until golden brown.
