  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for a touch of sweetness)

Instructions

  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with all seasonings and maple syrup. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  • Shape the Patties: Form small, evenly sized patties (about 2–3 inches in diameter).
  • Cook the Sausage: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place patties in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F for pork, 165°F for turkey).
